It seemed very strange to me that the game does not have one that we can actually use.

Considering that this takes place in Fleetwood and not Smallville, I'm guessing it's going to be a self-contained scenario as opposed to a simple mod?

Alright, to start off.

Locations

Devine Bar
Open between the times of 17:00-22:00, enjoy good drinks, food, and entertainment. We will be keeping track of the amount of drinks you have, drink 100 get put on the wall of fame.

Red Light district
At 17:00, is when the adults are alive. Strips clubs, casinos, bars and the famous sex shop that sells toys to help with all your lustful needs.

Performance Stage
Connected to the park, you can enjoy plays, concerts, contests, and city run movies. Got a talent you want to show? Show it off! People love to see talent and free entertainment.

Arcade
Come play some games, dancing, claw machines, shooters, and more! Earn enough tickets to get a prize or two! And please don't try to bribe that staff or cheat in the games.

Dorms
Students running late to school is an issue, but no more! Here at Coastal High, we offer student dorms! Of course there is some worry of mixed gender dorms, but don't worry our dorms are separated by gender and will stay like that! For now.

Quests

Cam Show
Turns out your sister is a streamer on a gaming website, though she doesn't get much in views. Maybe helping her out will improve your relationship with each other and make her more popular.

New Uniforms
With the PTA allowing new uniforms to be made, I am told about the Clothing Store owner Irwin. Turns out he has little to no sexual preference, and even more refuses to make anything that isn't modest. If I want to make new uniforms for both the students and the clubs I need to make him break that rule of his.

Gaining Votes
Mayor Lesa is worried she won't get reelected, and has asked for my assistance. Let's work on proving she can trust me and my decisions.

Corrupting the Council
The City Council, made up the most influential people here in Fleetwood. For me to corrupt this city I will need to corrupt each member of the council. Any idea I pitch is a 12 yes and one no type of system.

Characters

Twana Tyson
The current police chief, she has a kid going to your school and watches you like a hawk. If I can corrupt her that will allow me to corrupt the rest of the police seeing how they follow any of her orders.

Mac Doan
Our school doctor, good man and so far all our students have been healthy. Though there are rumors of him possibly being a perv, but so far no one has come forward with those claims.

Mayor Lesa Harley
Our current mayor, though she is currently struggling to gain votes for this upcoming election. Though after putting me in charge of the school she is showing some trust to me.

Alexa Bigtits
My oh my, who knew one of my students would have such assets, but be so oblivious to how she makes the other students feel. Maybe I can take advantage of her naivety of the sexual nature of her body.

I have removed some locations because I wasn't really needed. One character was removed, they didn't really serve a point, all the other characters do have a connection to a quest whether it is the one with the quest, or being a side character in their quest.

As for the art, I have reorganized it into where that art reference would fit in a location or club. So with that I now have 70 locations I will be getting art for. I will be making a later post with each location with the amount of art currently in it. The number of art in each location is what I will be aiming to have for random events for that location.

Art is going good, sadly I didn't get as much done as I wanted, but I do have some to show off. At the moment the first piece is currently a work in progress. Let me know what yall think about it. Seeing how I have 70 locations that will need art with the current 684 not even covering most locations, I'm sure my art will end up improving over time and I will end up going back and fixing some of the older art.

so, for this up coming update at noon CDT. The first piece of art won't be finished by that time. I will still upload the incomplete version of it if wanted, but just know it gonna look rough with matted colors on certain parts. It's gonna take longer to get the color no longer looking matted in areas, but other then that the rest of the drawing is going alright. Of course artist view I currently see it as bad, but that is something I will let y'all be the judge of it.

Something i'm working on in my own mod and thinking how to implement, but thought i would suggest it here too. I always wondered what the girls do with all the money they make? Hahaha, it would be cool if there was a way to impletement a basic budget for each girl or if it needs to be simple, create events based on the salaries they are given.

A cool thing to do would be for them to buy their own items too, if they had their own budgets, they could buy food and drinks and if the money wasn't enough for that, their mood would worsen, it could be the start of a basic "hunger" system. Some of them could approach MC and talk about increasing salaries, or get jealous and ask why their salaries aren't as high as other girls.  Or request bonuses to be able to afford the items they need to buy.

I think that's the point where you need to break into her house using your lockpicking skill (assuming you've unlocked that).

So far, its looking like I will have just one thing of art ready for tomorrow, maybe two or a sketch. But here is a little hint of what the first image will be. It's a bit rushed and doesn't show anything of interest, but it is a hint of where it is taking place. Hopefully I can get two pieces of art done and a sketch to boot. I will also give some more info on characters, quests, and locations in Monday's update as well.

Yup yup. Since my reply, I have done a bit more playing, testing a few things. From that, I would slightly refine what I said to include the following:
1) The Player is the best early Zodiac sign, with the +2 job capacity.

This gets you more money, more chances to skill up, and all that. With more money, you can afford more upgrades, better weapons for your girls, the skill books so they can get bonuses to their satisfaction rolls, sooner, and so on. It also pairs really well with half-shifting. That gets you consistent daily income, rather than the usual variations based on who is working when.

And if going this route, I'd also recommend horizontal investment rather than vertical when it comes to the rooms. With 4 girls, unlock all 4 jobs, rather than having fewer jobs with the upgrade to the rooms I recommend earlier. I do still recommend not over-investing in a brothel in the early chapters, though. Just now it is more not getting extra rooms for girls (you'll get the rooms for free when moving to the next chapter anyway) and not upgrading the entertainment job rooms too much.

Assuming obedience is at an acceptable level, up constitution to max on the girls, and it is helpful to snag a few constitution boosting items as well. Higher con = higher max energy = more energy gained when resting. If a girl does get a bit low on energy (typically due to you training them), reward them with a day off.

If you want to take a bit further, it pairs really well early on with Courtesan. That gives you the half-shift resting bonus, which is handy if you train all your girls, plus the "first X" stuff goes great with half-shifting. However, this is one that drops off a bit as you go further into the game, due to increased capacity due to stats, sign bonuses, and brothel improvements mean the first X stuff becomes a smaller percentage increase, and the "energy recovery" things found late in the character classes can make it so that your girls can work full time, 7 days a week.

2) Get your girls weapons. I like to give them at least the hook claw one, for +2 def. One of the traits that gives +2 def to the girl herself is very nice to have on your first girl, since RNG can hose you as to what the shop has to offer, and you won't have access to the weapon shop yet. But if all the girls have +2 def, then events will rarely hurt them.

3) If a girl does get hurt, the farm is your friend. Sadly, you can't just send a girl to the farm to rest, but you can send her there by punishing the girl (for getting hurt, of course), picking the farm punishment. Just pick the 1 day option. Will cost you a little bit, stat-wise, but no biggie. Then bring another girl from the farm to fill the now empty space, a girl who can work and make you money. Alternately, an injured girl can still be rewarded with sex, so you can take advantage of her not spending energy working to train up the one on one sex skills, but then you are paying her her full allowance.
