Fleetwood is a coastal city and the home of Surfside High.

Here for business? Entertainment? Pleasure? We have it all, enjoy our famous onsen and take a walk on the beach. Have fun at the local arcade, or watch a movie at the theater. Maybe swing by the entertainment pier connected to the Sunset Boardwalk.

Need pleasure? Hit the red light district, where we have Susie's Strip Club, Evette Casino, The Divine bar, and of course Annette Lustful Cafe.

Anyhow, Fleetwood is its own scenario separate from the based Smallville. Everything in this is basically being started from scratch beside a few things borrowed from the based scenario; i.e. the files in the template file.

This Scenario is being created by a one man team at the moment, depending on how things go more people might get added.

Some of the goals in this scenario are as such:

• Make the city feel more lively
• Have some of the school's clubs be outside of the school.
• Adding new ideas to the story
• Adding concepts that are either currently a work in progress or on hold
• Making new cast of characters different from the based scenario

For those who see this, gonna start working on making art for this. In the end I'm gonna try to make art for all characters, location events, and quests. Will be starting tomorrow around 12 CT, if there is a character you want to see let me know and I can work on getting for them made. Hopefully by Sunday I can have a decent amount made to upload onto MEGA for people to see, but don't quote me on that.

quick side question for those reading. While getting information needed for the characters, I noticed that in the content filter I saw that it has bestiality as an option. So with one of the locations in this scenario is a farm area, that poses the question of; would you want there to be bestiality scenes in that area, or have it spread out through the city itself? I would also make it a quest for either a student or adult. If no one wants bestiality included I won't make any scenes.

Have it centered around the farm but with a chance for a minor spread dictated by the Town's corruption stat. I'm not overly sure how to go about viewing such a thing but I think it's there somewhere.

I was thinking about having it mainly around the farm, with a few scenes around like the park, Forest, Beach, etc. Not all locations. But it all comes down to if people want, if not I will be continuing with the original plan for the farm area.

Honestly, build it for you if it's something you want in the game.  I know that the original game didn't have bestiality and removed built in loli and shota due to content laws in several major countries.  The flip side is that you could build that as a mod to your scenario that could be added in if you or others want.

Most of the content that is gonna be in this is based on how what others wish was done, or something that I am changing. For example the Cabaret isn't gonna be in this one, but clubs like the Music and Theater club will still have the same story to a point. The new location for those two clubs is a Performance stage that is connected to the park.

At the same time, I'm working on making the world feel a bit more open, some of the stores are spread out, events that you could only see if you had a class for it like swimming now has a second location to see those and a few extra.

In the end most of the content going into this scenario is ideas or quick fixes I believe would make the world interesting, but at the same time if there is an interest in a certain fetish being in the scenario at the start I wouldn't mind having to put some extra time in to make it included.

I do see where you are coming from though, and hopefully when I get this scenario finished it will be interesting needless to say.

quick progress update, 35/60 special characters made, map planned out, 43 Quest named / planning.

Because of work, I won't be able to work on this until Friday - Sunday. Hopefully Friday I get the special characters done and can begin on the world art.

Quick side update. I won't be making another update until this Sunday. Hopefully by then I will have some location art made to share, if not I will share 3-4 characters and their quest.
