It means you didn't update properly (following the mod update instructions in the modding guide).

Same problem. Reinstalling the game doesn't help. I install mods according to the instructions in the description. I also tried to update according to the instructions - it did not help. The characters are still naked. There are no problems with other mods. Your mods are installed to the latest version. Perhaps these updates are for especially gifted people, I don't know

I'm most likely doing something wrong. I just started the game again twice already and after a while everyone at school is naked.

That save contains the old mod.  So you either:
- Don't have the latest mod version (version is date of last mod update note).
- Didn't do the 3 update steps shown in the modding guides.
- Didn't delete PD_System_Experimental if you had it.

If the exception happens on a fresh save, then it's either 1 or 3.

If people end up naked without an exception (or without you choosing a uniform), then it's related to something else (like a mod conflict).

I reinstalled the game again and updated the debug - everything worked. Sorry
