A bit stuck on the Karin Hardman's questline.
I've got both the blackmail and the mandatory masturbation rout setup, photos for both. I have the photo from the spycam in the ward in my inventory. but I have no idea how to actually confront her.
1 on 1 in the ward, the office, at home.
Doesn't seem to be triggering anything.
I'm not sure if there's a stat or an item i'm missing, Journal Notes say to produce a sample but i'm not sure if that's flavor text and I should be just showing up to her.

Gotten to the point where i'm dabbling in the debugger to try and find whatever flag/condition i'm missing, have to actually learn how to use the debugger though.

If you have both photos (actually, either photo will be enough, but only the 'Karin the Devourer' photo will appear in your inventory) then you should have a "Confront" option in the "Chat" category when you're alone in the Ward together.

It's the only one in this category, the other Chat options have been refactored elsewhere; this one and any other such quest-chain actions should probably move to 'Special' so they're easier to see. I think Felicia Titsbig has one of these too. In contrast, Peter Hooter's events are under 'Special' and much harder to overlook.

Assuming it's still not appearing there, then is it possible you've already done it?

If that's still not solving the issue, pull up the Debug Windows, and on the Global Variables tab, get the values of Chains_KarinHardman_Masturbation and Chains_SierraHardman; that will tell us what stage the game thinks you're at.

If you're looking for the relevant event for your own debugging explorations, it's PersonAttachedEvents\KarinHardman\Visit_ConfrontKarin.ve.xml.

Oh my gosh, I was completely blind to the options in the "Chat" menu, I didn't even think to check that menu because how often there's nothing in there.

I'm kinda not happy with how this quest just...ends. The entire mother-daughter thing remains unresolved.

I'm thinking of updating the quest with a bit more options... Since Karin seem convinced the photos are fabricated I think of two options:

a) Sierra comes to you and asks you to repeat the night visit, but this time with a good camera (that you'd have to buy?). At the end of the passionate session, Sierra leaves a message for her mother. The recording is left where Karin would find it.

b) Karin comes to your office and keeps pressing you on where you got those photos, you bring Sierra to your office, reveals that the photo sare very real and leave her and mom to talk.

The end result is that you can now sometimes bump into them at it inside the Ward, perhaps even in other places around the town?

EDIT: Am already writing the expansion. The only question is how much branching/variation do I allow?

EDIT2: Why aren't the supposed photos added to your collection? Another thing that needs fixing.

EDIT3: New idea. Instead of reporting Sierra to Karin ending the quest chain, it might shift into a different track where you can influence and eventually catch Karin reliving her daughter with her hand and link back to the point where you can suggest mandatory masturbation.

As long as it's not too far out style wise it can likely be added to base game. My focus was mainly updating the two chains rather than adding anything.

Small extension is done and is up in my mods thread.

I should probably find a few more images for the ward events (so it can cycle), but so far everything seems to work fine.

I am also updating/expanding other chains. Mainly trying to add variations. ATM, updating the Hooter questchain to work with any Peter gender, separating anal behind the filter, and adding options for more peter/petra action with mom, with images)

I know it's already said and done, but the way it was worded in game lends credence to a situation similar to the Hooters.
