Is the body measurement stuff in the ward the part that's mutually exclusive and won't appear if I've enacted the ward masturbation policy for Karin? Because it has never kicked off after I confronted Karin with the pictures of Sierra fucking her

Measurements are tied to the Physical Exam rule, not related to the chain(s), except that the nude variant for girls unlocks after either chain is done.

Mutually exclusive just means that whatever comes after the confrontation is cut off (Karin's whole chain, or anything revenge-related on Sierra's). They unlock the same things, just differently.

Not sure if it a bug or not, but some special student NPCs are not joining school. Atm Lily Roselace and Richie Banks are not in school. I got 357 students already and was running 'accept all' policy for last two weeks.

Just because they're special, doesn't mean they have any quests or anything attached to them, as such they're not programmed to join your school was complete certainty unlike most of the others.

Lilly Rosenlace and Richie Banks only exist as special characters because their parents are special NPCs, and none of them are HasQuest-marked. The same is true of Elsie Green.

So I'd agree it looks like a bug that they never join the school; ever other special student except Andy+Annette is marked to Auto-enrol at the start of the game AFAICT, including Elsie Green. I expect special students are never enrolled by the normal school recruitment process, so they need to either be managed by quests, or marked to Auto-Enrol.

What unlocks the Physical Exam rule? I've finished Karin's and Sierra's quests, enacted the mandatory masturbation, and we're up to assisted masturbation already, confronted Karin with the fabricated evidence and then the spycam footage from her ward for the bonus scene, and girls/futas appear nude in the ward while masturbating. Physical Exams aren't taking place, nor are they something I can present to the PTA for approval, nor something I can enact with the manage school PC, nor a topic I can bring up with Karin

Object reloading for locations isn't great because of how many things about them change, so if you want, you can do the quicker version of Debug > World > Edit > find male onsen > double click > toggle CanExitToMap.

Whether non-quest ones join has always been pure RNG, since they're not marked as AutoEnroll.

Is it possible to activate two callgirls for female principal. I think only images for female events are missing. Or at least get them activated, if principal's gender changes.

Something I noticed recently is that it seems people are more willing to just have sex with my principal in public without asking, "want to go somewhere more comfortable?" I hardly ever get asked that any more, in fact. Far faster than I'd ever seen that happen before. And without any sort of casual "come with me" prompt to employ aside from the way-too-high-maintenance invite back to my place option it's getting quite hazardous to grope anyone I meet out and about >_<

Was this an intended feature, or an unintended byproduct of something else?

There was no change.  It's still the same NPC Inhibition VS location seclusion VS spectator amount.

It's probably just become too easy to lower NPC inhibition, so they think you're the prude
