Search the internet for "Program suspended under Windows 11 VM" or some permuatation of that and you should be able to try something.
After running the program, it immediately disappears. Looking in Task Manager I see that it in "Details" it is listed as "Suspended". I cannot get any further information from it.
I see no errors. I run the app and there is nothing. It only makes an empty log file with no messages. I also ran in Powershell, nothing is being logged to the screen, it just gets suspended. Any suggestions for debugging?
This is running in a Windows 11 VM, 64-bit. I have .NET Framework 4.8 and VC Runtime 2010 installed.

Maybe the submissive fetish can also be used like inhibition in the school-grounds skirt-flipping event: Before she has it, taking her side gives her a little happiness and authority back, but after she has the fetish, stepping in would actually cost her some happiness. (But still raise authority, I guess?)
