Just a bug in Events\FunctionLibrary\GenSexHandling\Misc\RulePenalty.ve.xml - 100% penalty if the student does not have the "enrolled" trait.
To fix the bug, connect the "Some"-route just like the "All"-route. Or remove the "Enrolled" trait from the traits list.

A few days layer, the girl ends up doing porn, gains some corruption, loses a lot of happiness and willpower, some loyalty, and a bit of education. There's one image, it's not affected by the student's appearance. And that's it.

Either way, it'll repeat from the start once or twice a month, if you pass an appropriate student (female, attractive, low willpower) on the street.

I personally prefer to intervene for the small happiness and loyalty boost.

I always intervene not for any boosts but because the dude is slime.
More than once he's approached a girl that has no recorded father.

3 questions:

1- how do you advance the hacking skill beyond halfway (like 50 or something)? its stuck there and hacking porn/social media/wallpaper doesnt advance it. also needed for the underwood quest chain and i cant advance that without it.

2- how do you advance the suggestions skill beyond halfway? i cant seem to find the 'quiet place' that the detective wants for the 'practical test'. the mini-events in the park and hospital dont seem to qualify or advance suggestions anymore; neither do the mini-events in the girls locker room.

3- when does 'futa maker' drug become available from the lab? i have like 90 chemistry skill i think and its still not available.

i might have more questions in the future, im still working my way through the quest chains. thank you for your time.
