The archetypes "Slutty" and "Whore" also help here.

Does the fertiltiy stat even matter?

I noticed that every time the message "I wonder is she got pregnant" pops up, she always does. Shouldn't it be more random/uncertain?
It feels like not using a condom ALWAYS Results in pregnancy. Bear in mind, I am using the Pregnancy mod, so maybe it messed something up.
I am seeing pregnant 70yo's so something is definitely amiss.

On another note, some kind of facial age overlay might be nice. Add some wrinkles or something. Old people should look old.

Does the school basement do anything? I built it, gave 5000 to Keller, but nothing happens and I see no money coming in.

Full friendship and a single heart should be enough to invite most NPCs over for a date. If you're attractive enough: exercised daily for couple of months, so attractiveness and stamina are full; are clean enough: shower often, as grime greatly impacts attraction in the most-recent release; catch them at the right time: their arousal level matters and as mentioned above perfume/cologne helps too; and have enough energy, you should be able to at least date people who swing your way, if not invite for a striptease or fondle without even a single date.

Note that there's a bug in the last release where friendship actually counts against NPC's willingness. Fixing that locally (see GetWillingness discussion in this message) will in my experience mean anyone who's not actively disinterested in the principals gender will be willing to fool around once you have that single heart.

If all else fails, and if I remember correctly, asking someone on a date unsuccessfully will still reward a little relationship increase, so you can just harass someone into coming to your place for a date; it's pretty labour-intensive since you can only invite someone once per day. If you're going this way, I recommend Stacy Slutzy, as having her in love with you (if she's attracted to the MC's gender) is valuable in a couple of ways. She's also easy to find on weekdays.

A date is a double-edged sword. Dates must be repeated periodically, otherwise the NPC will be offended, lose relationship and stop talking to the MC. If you are going to win the hearts of a large number of NPCs, then dating is a bad choice.

Also forgot to say that characters who are already in a relationship with someone (not "single") have a penalty for asking for sex or a kiss.

BTW, Stacy was never a problem, because she is slutty. But Priscilla from the cloth store is not, and the only reliable way I've found to improve her relationship is through hypno-sex.

Sally isn't easy either. I got her Relationship to 30 through a Chat Mod and still refused to strip for me. In any case, I like her so I'm not going to hypnosex her into sluttiness.

Might be because I was playing a Female Principal at the time. I'm certain that had an impact too.

What gender are you playing? She's a non-generated character and rigged to 100 male, 0 female, 0 futa attraction. So unless you're a male principal, she's never going to be naturally interested.

I just loaded my last save's futa principal, who's as I described above, and has never interacted with Pricilla outside buying uniforms.

I used debug to flip to male, and immediately had willingness 77 at zero friendship. Asking for hobbies, diong a favour (fine wine) and then a successful flirt puts her at 25 friendship. Even at 15 friendship, the flirt was acceptable out-of-the-box, so she's a much less-hard nut to crack than some have been.

And I just noticed I had my fix disabled in that save, so that was with the current buggy willingness value. I applied the fix at this point.

So then I spent the week flirting with her, asking information as I could (singleness, personal info), and doing favours as they became available. On the following Monday, I did my third favour, 6th flirt, and she hit 100 friendship and 10 relationship. And agreed to leave her work and come back to my place for a strip-tease, putting us at 16.3 relationship. She wasn't in the mood for anything more, but it's a solid base to work from.

So that seems to be working fine to me.

Update: Next day, final flirt, she was happy to do a striptease, fondle in the shower, and fuck in the shower, bringing us to 25.2 relationship, and the end of the experiment.

Yeah, Sally Proudbottom's gender preferences are 100 for males, 20 for futas, and 10 for females. So unless you can affect her gender preferences, she's not going to want to do anything naturally with females or futas. Below 50 isn't considered "attracted to" by any other game mechanics either. (My own testing last round suggested the bare minimum gender preference with everything else in your favour is somewhere in the 30's, but I wasn't really pushing the limits there with cologne, and that NPC was romanceable like once in two weeks of trying.)

If you're not playing cheat mode, due to another bug, you can't really tell someone's sexual preferences until you've earned enough friendship through favours and personal info to see their (vanilla) gender-preference bars as the descriptive text you get earlier is wrong. However, if you're all attractive and clean etc., and their flirt response is still cold-shoulder, then they're likely not much into the PC's gender, and you can maybe save some gifts for someone else. (Although I never took this advice, and pushed anyone interesting until I saw their gender preference bars, but most gifts are cheap anyway.)

With fix there is no problems with her (male PC). But before fix, she never accepted anything sexual on 100/10 friend/relationship. BTW, is striptease easier than kiss? Looks strange for me...

Speaking of gender preferences, I made a mini mod to change it by talking to people, to circumvent using the debugger. Plan to roll it into the hyposis thing eventually.

Yeah, without the fix, 100 friendship is reducing her willingness by 50, and with only 10 relationship, she's likely to not be willing to do much.

Strip-tease is easier than kiss; they're in-order of increasing willingness requirement, except the shower stuff, which seems to match the non-shower versions. There's other things that will cause your action to be rejected even if they're basically willing, but those also AFAIK are ordered; I'm not aware of anything like an extra inhibition check specifically for strip-tease, for example.

I generally found two mutual fondles (or a strip-tease and a fondle if they're not keen) and then the highest-willing orgasm was pretty effective for increasing NPC relationship scores, along with inhibition and corruption improvements. I usually aim to use the shower if possible, as I'm not aware of any downsides, and not having grime from the first action carry over to the third is a small but non-zero help.
