Hi All, I'm new to the game. Its fantastic!!! I just have one question. How do I hide the Text bar to fully see the "Action" photos?

Quote from: dalzomo on Jun 18, 2023, 10:07 PMYou will eventually get a text from her parents that she was released. She'll take a huge hit to her Loyalty, Happiness, and a few other stats IIRC but also gain a lot of Corruption. It may be possible to work out every day plus drink a lot of water and jerk off a ton to raise your Stamina to the required amount (like, something over 60 I think?) in time to complete the quest but I usually don't worry about it. I'll take the Corruption. If you don't want anyone to be kidnapped just stay and keep her company when the "girl is sitting outside" event fires. It will fire again some time after the current missing girl is returned, or some time after you keep her company and prevent it

Thank you! I ended up cheating with the console just to make through this one, and will focus on developing stamina going forward (consoled it back to its previous level after the deed was done). Apparently, helping her will gives you a good reputation boost (though not immediate) and a boost to school happiness and loyalty, though at a high cost to inhibition. It's a high cost indeed but maybe worth it in an early game? Your option sounds good as well and I'll try it next time. Also, would be interesting to see what other outcomes there may be that aren't fully described in the walkthrough, such as turning over the case to the police after you find the back alley (probably it's just another "abort" option that neither gives or takes anything? Will find out).

I'm wondering, why is it that some events feature generic girls, such as "girl in the changing room", "cute girl", "jet ski girl" - while at other times, them same events (apparently) feature actual NPCs? (I'm only sure I've seen the jet ski and fashion store changing room events feature both generic and named NPCs, wonder if the same applies to other events). When it's a generic name, does it mean the bonuses to inhibition, lust, etc are "wasted", or that they're given to an unspecified NPC, that for some reason is anonymized, but still exists in the game?

These events select a person first, and then check to see if the PC 'knows' that person by them either being a student/staff, or having any meaningful prior relation (via the 'relationship' stat).

So if you see a generic name, it's almost certainly a townie and not someone important (though it may be, for instance, a teacher you haven't hired yet).

Thanks, that clears it (and makes sense)!

I got an event where a movie team spokesperson requests to shoot a movie in the school precinct during the event, then the same person turns up showing it was a porn movie and blackmailing to prevent it from being shared. Is this vanilla, or a mod such as Lexville? No mention in the walkthrough. I'd love some spoiler to know if either option (to go along with the blackmail, or to refuse it) will have consequences in the future, other than the immediate hit to finances of reputation? (If this is mod related, if I knew which mod, I'd post the question in the respective page).

Hired Keller and purchased the computer room upgrade. Assigned her to the following classes: Computer Science, Economics, Math, School Sport and Theoretical Sex Education. Investigated her, called her to the principal's office and bribed her. Purchased the basement. According to the walkthrough, I'm expected to tell her to monitor computers in the classroom, so I've been chasing her from class to class trying to fire an event, or get a special dialogue, with no success. When I go to the basement, it's an empty room (with bars). I don't recall if I gave her the 1000 bucks she said she required right when she mentioned it, or if I need to spend them somewhere else. Do I have to go shopping? Nothing more is stated on the walkthrough, and this is what the journal says "I have fulfilled my end of the bargain, and expect she'll fullfil hers", "might just have to seize on any other opportunities"...

Hit "H" or right-click. Right-click is mentioned in the help, but "H" is probably not documented anywhere. Ren'Py games usually have both of these shortcuts, so they were probably just inherited across from the beginning.

It's from the base game. From memory, that event has no definitely-positive outcome unless you flat-out refuse the meeting on the first stage to avoid it entirely (it'll repeat later, I believe). You just get to choose which of the possible negative outcomes you will wear, in exchange for the initial cash boost. I always refuse it.

Side-note: I've seen a walkthough mentioned a few times, but I'm not aware of which one is being referred to. I know there was one posted a few months ago (soon after the new board was created) but it was years out-of-date (1.8 or 1.9) and a bunch of stuff had been changed/fixed since then.

The walkthrough I know of and use is the one linked here, which was made for 1.9.5 - so, possibly, some things have changed since it was written and posted. Since you commented on that post, I assume it's the one you were referring to... I do try to check the journal in game to find any clue that contradicts what's written, but so far it's been a good match. Made my previous post about Keller after checking the smartphone journal, where it says it should be up to her to deliver her end of the deal... I know some events have up to 2 weeks of cooldown, but considering the breadth and the pace of the game, it's hard to deal with the uncertainty that something might be wrong that could force a restart :P

If my goal is to increase lewdness in school and pass the multiple PTA proposals, what's the best strategy for hypno with students - to focus on willpower at first, or to ignore that and focus on either lust, inhibition or corruption? In which case, is there one that could have a multiplying effect (such as making new events available that further advance its reduction, or similarly affect other stats)? I guess the bottom line of my question is - which stat should I focus on at first: corruption, inhibition, lust or willpower?

In parallel, will that path hurt their education? Could make sense in a realistic perspective, but since this is a game designed for fun, maybe gameplay-wise it might not, and you'd be able to have a school filled with lewd geniuses, lauded by corrupted teachers and parents?

Quote from: atonier on Jun 21, 2023, 10:01 PMI guess the bottom line of my question is - which stat should I focus on at first: corruption, inhibition, lust or willpower?

For hypno specifically it should be pointed out that Enflame Lust, Promote Corruption, and Have Sex will all hit multiple stats, and the other options all only hit the stat they say they do.

Corruption specifically is somewhat difficult to increase compared to the others, yet at the same time, while you want to hit certain thresholds - most notably 15 corruption schoolwide for the Titsbig chain - it isn't especially useful otherwise.

Quote from: atonier on Jun 21, 2023, 10:01 PMIn parallel, will that path hurt their education?

The primary way that education goes up is from classes - so unless you are scheduling nothing but Sex Ed and Gym classes, you should be fine.

I believe one important effect of corruption is that a sufficiently-corrupt person witnessing a public sex event won't cost you reputation.

Public sex is also a way to increase corruption towards that threshold, at the cost of reputation. From memory, that's the most-effective multi-person corruption effect, as long as you're keeping your reputation up in other ways. Getting a sufficiently-in-love-with-you teacher to perform oral sex in front of their class contributes nicely towards opening the Titsbig chain and the SPE Club, I recall. (Sadly, I don't think high walls offset the reputation hit in this case, as they do for nude etc. uniforms.)

(Note: I haven't really compared this with multi-target Hypno-Promote Corruption, since I usually avoid non-quest Hypno if possible. It also takes longer for this to be feasible, I think.)

Can you tell me where I can buy a uniform for cheerleaders? Very often this event appears, I lose my reputation.

When the quest procs, go to the Clothing Shop on a schoolday before 4PM and place the order. It's in the dropdown menu.
I find the scheduled lunch break to be good for this though you can go at any time as long as it's Mon - Fri and you get there before 4PM.
Priscilla will explain that as a bulk order, it will take seven days.
When you receive the notification to pick up the new uniforms, return to Priscilla (she must be there) and select "Pick up new uniforms".
The Principal will ask for them to be delivered. They will be in the Gym Storage the next school morning.
Until you get them from the storage, avoid the Cheerleader club.

Considering it's procced a few times already, you should be able to go to the clothes shop and place the order right away.
Just avoid the Cheerleader Club until you get the new uniforms from the Gym Storage.

What would be a good way to get multiple people of my choosing to a location of my choice at the same time? I'm playing with the Lexville mod and I would like to get a big ol' orgy going on with all of the special characters, but I can't get people to stay in one place long enough to get everyone. I have tried hypnosis and the stay command from the Lexville mod, but neither seem to work long enough to gather everyone I'd like. Is there something I can enter into the debug menu to put a person at my location?
