There's not many things currently. You can have public sex in a crowded place but that gives you a pretty big rep hit, there's also a event of students masturbating in the park that does the same. Some beach events also affect all visitants with corruption I think.

Public sex can have a corrupting effect on reasonably uncorrupted witnesses. You're losing rep for that, though, and it might depend on sufficient inhibition/lust/arousal.

Otherwise you're relying on the osmosis effect, and I don't actually know how that works mechanically.

For town-wide inhibition, I think (but haven't checked) that both Nature's Way (photoshop questline) and exhibition club (requires unihibited students) should help this over time. I'm not sure if this depends on you attending exhibition club events, or simply happens once they are triggered.

Hoi. I have a question regarding the quest to rescue a lost girl. More precisely, I already passed the quest and failed it. The worker said that he needed to take the girls once a month. The only question is how to do it? A month has already passed, they just kill me and that's it.

It's pretty dodgy from a fiscal standpoint - there should probably be more separation between his personal finances and the school's finances, if only for the purposes of preparing for his eventual departure from the job (one way or another). On the other hand, for gameplay purposes, it's simpler to have a single pot of money rather than having to distinguish which purchases are personal and which are legitimate school expenses.

So complete noob question but how are you supposed to build friendship?  Most of the time it seems I can ask them if they need anything but some NPCs just don't have that as an option and at best I can ask them their hobby.

This one has stumped me for a while now.

Is there a particular stat like loyalty that needs to be higher?

The "Flirt with them" option, despite its name, builds friendship if you pick the 'right' options.

Quest NPCs (almost all staff/teachers, ones with a '!' next to their name) have most direct interactions locked until you complete their quest.

1: You can change this value yourself. Navigate to NormalSchool\PopulationData\Sources and open StudentAny.xml in a text editor (such as Notepad++) and this changes the weighting.

So I duno why but when I tried this it kills the game, I can revert the files with an old copy paste backup and it still gives me an error after trying this... something about tweaking this seems to break the game.
To be specific on hitting play it gives an Exception, supposedly "An item with the same key has already been added."
And again this is with the files reverted back to a copied state, the only way I found to fix this is to do a fresh copy of everything(essentially a fresh install).
Edit: to be more more specific a overwriting files doesn't work, has to be clean new files to fix... not sure maybe some Windows shenanigans.

FINAL EDIT: I figured out the problem, having the backup folder/files in the same folder was the problem, it doesn't like extra files in there.

Condom usage is based on the mod's settings (will you use it? will your choice override your partner's?) and whether the people involved have condoms or not.

Conception is based on whether condom is used (no chance of conception) and the chance of impregnation of each partner, which is sort of like a menstrual cycle but for both men and women. And the mod's settings.

Gender of child is based on gender of parents, and the mod's settings.

Does that cover it? The help on the mod's settings is fairly comprehensive.

Is there a way to reset an event chain? Made an oopsie and clicked the wrong decision w/o a save nearby. Unless the Prostitute chain loops and she asks if you want her name again
