Maybe the wrong place for this...but just curious:

How can you adjust the settings in pregnancy mod? A friend said he thought there was something the PC could carry that allowed adjustment.

That used to be the condoms item but that's not a thing any more.
Now it's: Map -> Help & Options -> Mod Settings -> Pregnancy
