Yes, afaik general chat was the old (dated) version of the interactions - before they got split into separate ones.

Do mention if anything is missing from regular interactions that was part of general chat.

MaskedAccount

I'm pretty sure this has been around since before 1.10.1, but the event where one of the teachers asks to use the school as a workout space for parents: does that actually happen, and I'm missing is somehow, or is it just the setup for something yet to be implemented?

TBBle

That's Claire Fuzushi. The event works as-is, but there's no event to attend the class AFAIR; and the "sex" option doesn't actually change anything at the moment, since she only agrees if she already would have sex with the MC. Maybe there's supposed to be more on the sex path, but right now this just functions as a "Consensual willingness" check.

So it's currently just a way to get some extra monthly income, or (less-useful) some PTA support. Her quest-line will provide better results on the latter.

Unless someone sat down and wrote it, the Fuzushi quest line is incomplete, if I recall correctly.

It is as far as I know, better to corrupt her through the Cosplay Club.

AFAIR her PTA/corruption quest-line (intersecting with Sayako) is complete and will deliver full PTA support. There's scope for more events but at least for PTA support, it's fine. (Technically, this is Sayako's quest line that pulls in Claire in the late stages; you might be thinking of a different quest-line for her that I'm not remembering...)

The Cosplay Club sequence is incomplete/needs rebalancing: there's no intrinsic way to reach the later stages due to a very high corruption requirement for the stages that give corruption; and the final stage is marked "TODO" anyway. The only way to cross the boundary between "Done" and "WIP" is to use second-stage Suggestion/Corruptor to get her corruption to 60 (I think it was 60).

The Cosplay Club is well out-of-date and probably needs reworking to progress based on inhibition/corruption rather than simply adding later stages to the random-choice, since it makes little sense that once she's in the cosplay-sex stages, that some weeks she'd be embarrassed sitting around in her underwear while clothes are modified.

I am. I'm referring to the Investigation route.
It's been a while. I think a volunteer started writing that but dropped it, just like the one writing for Andy.

TBBle

Ah, you're right, I had completely forgotten that one. Yeah, it hits a TODO stage in the teacher's room. You can farm a little loyalty but otherwise not a useful chain right now.

Hold on, what's the PTA/Corruption route? Is that answered in the gameplay question thread?

The one I was talking about is Sayako (the neighbour)'s quest chain. From memory getting her to show you videos of herself in the computer lab will reveal that she "knows" Claire, and that leads to getting Claire's full PTA support after a threesome down by the lake. (There's a fork in the chain, I don't remember if both forks leads to Claire or not.) I called it PTA/Corruption, but I don't actually remember if there's any Corruption involved. I suspect there isn't much or any corruption, given how hard I looked for non-Chem/Hypno sources of corruption for Claire to try and get over the Cosplay Club hump.

I did a few runs on the latest version so here are my new suggestions (not exactly feature requests):

-GenSex image packs are awesome. Now just add more tags like location or occupation.
-Corruption nerf feels wierd. Not the change itself but some PTA decisions need to be re-evaluated taking the new definition and ways to earn it into account.
-Exhibitionism->inhibition-hits needs to be gamified more. No clue how.

Albatross

I know this was mentioned a lot but I think the HasQuest marker is still too harsh in some character quests.
-For June I think it should lift from the first time you tutor her.
-For Ronda Bells I don't even know how to lift it, I'm pretty sure I chose every option on her office visit and she still has it, it's been months.

For Ronda Bells, her HasQuest marker is removed once you let her off the hook, either rejecting her 5 times, or after she's fully corrupted. The stat benefits (corruption/willpower) stop accumulating after she's fully corrupted, so there's no reason to not let her off the hook except watching the same events again.

I think the general idea of the HasQuest marker is to keep players from overly-messing with characters that have quest-lines available, as they may for example change stats that are also used by the quests, put them in an inconsistent state, or simply shortcut the questline reward. I personally don't think it's too harsh to keep HasQuest on someone until they reach a repeatable end-state or finish the quest lines completely, as long as there's ways to terminate the quest lines early (which is missing in some cases).

There is an interesting design contrast between Ronda Bells, who as mentioned is HasQuest-marked until you terminate the repeating stage of her questline, and Beth Manilli, who has HasQuest removed when you start the repeating stage. In Beth's case, the repeated events still affect her stats (education/intelligence in this case).

So there's probably room to adjust one or the other to be more consistent, but I don't know that it's necessary to change.

I think it would be good, long-term, to have a "sandbox" mode, which basically disables all quest-lines, HasQuest, and also the end-conditions. I don't think I'd play it (I enjoy the quests) but there's clearly some level of latent desire to just spend as long as necessary to totally-corrupt the town, hypnotise and drug the PTA into compliance, etc. That might also be a good mode to have for game-balance adjustments, e.g. concerns about Chemistry/Drug progression speed and cost, as the quests can be considered trade-offs against raw sandbox progress.

Albatross

I get it, but for June there's no further events once you start tutoring her so IMO there's no real reason to wait for repeats same thing with Annette once you seen all the night events.

As for Ronda IMO that's also a weird choice, since it kinda punishes the player for keeping the event active(Samantha for example can keep her office visits without the HasQuest marker) and it also doesn't make too much sense to have it there from a story perspective since it limits her corruption when you're actively blackmailing her which should have the opposite effect.

It is the way you play this game in general. Unless you are just passing days and killing all NPC quests. "PTA/Corruption" is group of quests related to PTA members that make them loyal to principal. This allow player to change school policies.
