How do you do the kidnapping quest. I have my basement, and have ignored a girl getting kidnapped. When I go to Red Corner and find students I run into a dead end. I have tried all available actions

1: Make sure your Stamina is at least 80 (for one of the options later on)
2: Ignore the girl (you've done this)
3: Wait until some other students tell you whoever it might be has gone missing
4: Do what you're told and check the bushes - this activates the Drive Lounge
5: Go to the Drive Lounge and either kick their asses or leave
6: Go around the the back alley and pick the lock.
That's all there is to it.
I think what was going with you was that you weren't waiting to be told about it. Or that you didn't check the bushes.

I have gotten to the dive bar but I have no option to go around and pick the lock or I guess I don't have backstreets
I have the same problem. All correct until step 5. I tried everything: charm, fight and lose, fight and run, and leave. But then i cant do anithing. where is the "back alley"? I cant pick any lock in the Lounge. Is there any way to force the event?
I even teleported to the backroom, but the event doesnt trigger. I cant do anything.
Are you guys asking about the missing girl quest or the one where she gets approached by a strange man mentioning some fictitious debt her father is in that she can help pay off?

Better solution is to get device from Keller before ignoring the girl. You have to win a fight for quest to continue.

It is the missing girl quest. There is no kidnapping or any meaningful player action in girl paying out debt events.

Thank you, I though i had the stamina i need, but i went to my stats in the debug and saw i havent. No the event keep advancing

You're not really supposed to be able to complete that quest early. You can start it and fail it or choose the options (talk to the girl) to delay the abduction until a time when you can succeed. The second option is how you succeed with that quest early.

I instead choose to delay hiring Keller.
