I've run into an issue related to the principal's office early on in the game during Sierra's questline. I chose a futa character to start and chose to show this to her and go the route of making her more comfortable with her body, however the events that take place in the office won't fire, nor will her paperdoll. I hadn't thought much of it until doing the "Missing Girl" questline, and noticing that after choosing to accept her "gift", I cannot summon her character into my office either.

I've made several different attempts now to get not only those girls, but various others through all the methods available and none seem to load into the office, nor trigger associated events. I've made a few efforts in the debug window to sort the issue out to no success, but I confess I'm only barely technically literate.

This issue has persisted into a new game, also. At first I thought to just brush it aside and not finish one questline, but it's become increasingly clear that it's now blocking several of them.

Again this only occurs when I'm expected to actively summon characters into the office. If an event like the Detectives happen where those characters effectively show themselves in then those event will still trigger.

Right now all I can think of is wiping the game from your hard drive and redownloading the Full game from post #1 in the Releases thread.

It could be the same thing mentioned at https://henthighschool.net/index.php?msg=3099, an 'intercom not working' report.

https://henthighschool.net/index.php?msg=3102 suggests it might be an issue due to an upgrade from 1.10.5.0 to 10.10.5.1, and gives something to try. The earlier poster never reported success or failure there.

Oh, damn of course. I'm very bad at this.
This was with the 1.10.5.1 version, patched into the 1.10.5.2. Not running any mods, as I'm planning to do a few "clean" runs before making any kind of tweaks.

Reinstalling from a fresh 5.2 download worked, and copying the save data over didn't break anything.
