Yes, I know this is caused by population tweaks. For this attempt I allowed a total male population of 8%.
This means the split is 8/46/46.
Then I checked the event in the VEE.
It says it requires at least one NS Adult Male (no job). Whatever NS means.
Surely someone in that 8% has to meet this requirement.
I really don't feel like constantly restarting the game just because I have to tweak this number up.

EDIT: I noticed a mistake in my adult weighting - I had it as 8/36/46. This means the total population was 90%.
Will load back in later now that I've fixed that error and see if anything happens.

Seems to look specifically for not special, jobless males that are parents - might be pretty unlikely if you didn't permit male families to gen.

Since you've checked the event, and it's pretty simplistic - I recommend just deleting the error check and connecting Not Found to the bottom-most image (the text doesn't care for an NPC being present).

I'll amend it to something similar (this event looks ancient), however a patch is likely far off unless anything critical happens.

As I'll be mostly gone + focusing on the stuff that has piled up in discord's event contribution thread.

NS just means Non-Special.
Doesn't 8/36/46 just modify weight comparisons, without needing to reach 100? 4/18/23 should result in the same thing. Them adding up to 100 just means it gives you a perfect percentage result, otherwise 8 is 8.88888~% instead of 8%.

This matter is currently resolved, albeit in a dirty way.
