That's not a mod. It's just a collection of images shared in case other people may want to use them in their mods.

So the mod now works correctly with the latest version of HHS?
And could you please let me know if it's possible to add the mod and continue using old save files? Will anything break, or is it necessary to start a new game?

As an actual item, I think one of the things added with these mods is Sleeping Gas. Unlocked through Chemistry.
I think Sedatives also exist but it's been a while since I did any Chem work.
