I am slowly learning how to make mods of my own, and during my free time while working on a mod some ideas came to mind. Let me know what you think of them and if they are something you would have interest in.

School Pet
A new teacher NPC appears, and you get to train them via Hypnosis into becomes the schools pet.

Principle For Mayor
After a few weeks of being the principle you hear about the mayoral elections coming up and decide to increase you range of influence by become mayor of SmallVille.

Mask of Corruption
You discover an ancient artifact that if worn will slowly take over the body of the wearer.

Onsen Expanded
Basically making it that when the Nature's way law is passed, both baths will start having people of the opposite sex appearing in each side.

Scenes in X Location
Will try to add scenes in areas that feel lacking

Spy cams everywhere
Allows to place spy cams in other locations besides the school

Student assistant Club
The students want to help raise money for the school in any means possible. Starting out with bake sales, plays, tutoring, etc. over time becoming influenced by your ideas and offering more indecent services for money.

Personally I like a version of the idea - training the teacher to adopt the mannerisms of a pet, though you'd need to have a couple of options for variety to engage more of the player base I suspect - cat, dog, maybe pig, bird, horse?

Principle For Mayor
I believe this was considered previously, but not expanded upon - either in Lexville's unused mods or some of the Unused files of the base game, which also ties into the Onsen expansion.  They may give you a base idea of what was thought of to expand on and make your own.

Mask of Corruption
This is an interesting idea, I'd like to see where you go with it - use it on others, or yourself?  Fight the effects, or not?

Onsen Expanded
As mentioned in your Principal for Mayor idea, there are some untested, early Onsen expansion ideas in the base game's unused or debug and testing folders.  They may give you a base to work from if you do go this way.

Scenes in X Location
Depending on the location, this could make sense.  Otherwise, you may find if you look in each location there may already be some there, waiting on some event or stat gate for it to start firing.  Alternatively, if there aren't any events in that area already, does it make sense for there to be?

Spy cams everywhere
Similar to above, this could be good - but also pose a danger of discovery.  If someone were to discover the camera, might they turn it into the police and have it investigated?  Or DON'T turn it into the police, and try to reverse hack YOU and then try to punish you for your activities (fun ways or no)?

Student assistant Club
In a sense this is similar to Amelie Coppers' Maid Quest chain.  However, I can also see ways that this could be made differently - so I wish you luck, and look forward to whatever your mind decides to try.

School Pet
This is mod I am currently working on just to get practice, but I can look on making outfits that match a pets look. Could see about added a quest line that works with the cosplay club. As well as expanding it to not just be one teacher, but could be applied to teachers and students. Maybe make it into a School Pets Club.

Principle for Mayor
There are some unused files in the base game, called Council Proposals. Didn't see anything that shows where to start the event so, I'm gonna see about trying to find away to add those. As well as add some extra event like corrupting police to enforce laws, replacing the council with like minded people, etc.

Mask of Corruption\
The mask is an item used on others, the willpower will be an effect that can fight it off. Anyone who is fully taken over will end with max corruption and lust, 0 inhibition. An extra effect of those taken over by the mask is no matter what their loyalty is they will always agree with your ideas.

Onsen Expanded
I will look into the possible unused items, and see if any of those could be used for this.

Scenes in X Location
For me it's mainly that areas like the supermarket have the same scenes play even with stats being high or natures law being passed. But if I am unable to think of anything to add to make this idea useful I will think about scraping it.

Spy cam everywhere
I could see about added factors to spycams being discovered. Like event progress for certain characters. I could add a blackmail event where someone find it, learns its you and blackmails you for money, sex, favors, etc.

Student assistant club
The ending point of this club will be it becoming a prostitution club after nature way is passed. With the other fundraising event the students hold matching with what the club becomes.

The MAID club chain was intended to become a prostitution club then a BDSM/slave club. There are currently inaccessible locations for them and the club levels exist, there's just no events to get there or events happening at these levels. They are present in Lexville, though.

Oh, I didn't know that was the plan for the MAID club.

It would basically use the same mechanics as the PTA proposals to apply things that affect the whole town and not just the school. But one of the problems is that we'd need a whole bunch of new NPCs that participate in the town council and can be corrupted with their individual quest lines (at least if it's supposed to work like the PTA). So that's why it's on hold. And because the whole school area should work as gameplay concept first before we venture even further. The town would be lategame content.

Student assistant club
Different kinds of fundraisers are planned to become a regular gameplay mechanic for earning money that can be organized via your secretary or assistant in regular intervals.

Would it be alright for me to make those mods? If not I can scrap them, I have been coming up with some more ideas to make into mods. Sorry in advance, I never really took part in modding or being active in a forum before.

The nudity nad mix baths shoud be SEPARATE laws. Makes no sense as it is.

Do all town council members even need to be special NPCs with their own quests? What's wrong with some randoms being deisgnated as councilors.
Yeah, they are easier to corrupt compared to special NPCs that have most interactions blocked and you MUST follow the questline to currupt them, but to be honest that really never appealed to me much. I can understand them being more resistant and special quests being a faster/more direct way to currupt them, but it shouldn't be the only way.

My advice to you is to make mods because you would like to have them. Making mods is surprisingly hard (well, it was a surprise to me). First you learn how to adds images or events or how to change them, and it seems surprisingly easy. Then you start making the mod and spend two hours just to handle what happens at night vs day, school time vs not school time, etc, and you realize that it can be really time consuming.

Also, and this comes from decades of experience with open source projects, people can have amazing plans and ideas, but they also have lives. Never count on someone completing something, and never give up on doing what you want because someone is is supposedly working on the same thing.

Student assistant Club - You can add it, but! There are a couple of "buts" -
1. - The game so has a lot of emphasis on sex, exhibitionism clubs, bdsm and others, for some next club it is necessary to come up with a unique concept since there are enough similar clubs now without it.

My suggestions:

"School Pet" - Make some kind of ambassador from the mayor's office for the school, we are still a new director replacing the previous one for failure/failures in school affairs, it would be nice if the ambassador could put forward the opposite himself (not forbidding for us, but just new) petitions that would change the school the same way as now, but in a new way and with his enslavement, respectively, you get more and more of his new petitions.

"Mask of Corruption" - There are so many drugs in the game that quickly corrupt and it is stupid to create another such similar object, it is better to make a system according to which the protagonist himself corrupted over time, and not initially was the most lustful and perverted (not including those settings that are inherent in the creation, since they only increase lust, and the game has a large number of other characteristics).

Principle For Mayor - Становиться мэром глупо, из-за школы ты итак по сути получаешь всю власть над горожанами, т.к. из-за того что школа развращена то горожане не откажут в сексе и прочих просьбах, и в принципе это многократно усложнит игру и будет лютая нехватка времени из-за чего игрок не станет успевать бегать по ивентам.

Mask of Corruption - Аналог преппаратам? Я не понимаю в чем смысл маски, если для протагониста (игрока) то глупо, вывод ниже.

1. - В игре итак очень много упоров на секс, клубы эксбиционизма, бдсм и прочих, для какого-то очередного клуба необходимо придумать уникальную концепцию так как сейчас и без него хватает схожих клубов.

2. - В каждом из клубов есть несколько взаимодействий и стадии развращений, это кажется что задача легкая, но на самом деле создать полноценный клуб с уникальностями довольно сложно, я как-то раз писал мод на клуб "клуб литературы" который на самом деле был клубом практикующий гипноз, и я застрял (в мышлении) т.к. если они могут гипнотизировать то в теории они бы могли захватить школу (просто моя мечта, чтобы ученики стали поверх учителей - в этой игре) и творить что угодно, но тогда для меня игра закончится, а я такого не люблю...

"School Pet" - Сделай какого-нибудь посла от мэрии для школы, мы всё таки новый директор замещающий предыдущего за провал/провалы в ведении школьных дел, было бы неплохо если бы посол мог и сам выдвигать противоположные (не запрещающие для нас, а просто новые) петиции которые бы изменяли школу так же как сейчас, но по новому и при его порабощении соответственно ты получаешь всё больше и больше его нововведенных петиций.

2. "Mask of Corruption" - В игре итак много препаратов которые быстро развращают и создавать еще один такой же подобный предмет глупо, лучше сделать систему по которой сам протагонист развращался со временем, а не изначально был самым похотливым и извращенным (не включая тех настроек которые заложены в создании, так как они увеличивают лишь похоть, а в игре большое количество других характеристик).

3. "Onsen Expanded" - Как ты и сам предложил это сделать когда противоположный пол проникает в другую сауну, и можно сделать общую при петиции новостей города.

4. Игре необходимо добавить разнообразия, помимо похоти в школе нечем заняться, нпц совсем мертвые и с ними сложно взаимодействовать, помимо того что в игре нет прочих утех кроме как "развращения школы" и "заполучения рабов" (и то рабы мертвые по коду, нет взаимодействий) хотелось бы много мелких продуманных механик, например создание/написание книг, играть в игры (в игре) создание общения, создания сообщества (например группировка людей, вражда меж сообществами (группировками)) и прочее, перед какими-то большими или колосальными темами, ты многого предлагаешь что одному человеку не по силу, это займет много времени, делай что по проще так будет эффективней, игра итак мертвая практически... xO Надеюсь ты обретешь что-то из моего текста, какую-либо мысль.

Looking through what has been said here, and what I've seen from what I have seen on other sites that cover this game. I think my plan is to continue work on learning how to mod, and make some of the listed mods above. But with an end goal of making a new scenario that changes how things are handled.

As for the suggestions I will be taking them into account, like with School Pet changing it from not just having it be corruption of just a teacher and it being done. The mod is becoming more towards the idea of pet play.

I will continue to read and will try to respond to any questions and future suggestions people have.

For the pet play mod, make it an alternate path for Ronda Bells. Also, instead of a teacher, a student.
