0.0.1 Release: "Sayako only"

NOTE: This is a Proof of Concept. If someone wants to build it out more, go ahead, but I mainly did it to see how feasible it was, and because I had a spare morning with nothing else particularly on.

The intent of this mod is to provide a free FAPP (in-game smartphone app) which lets you skip waiting periods for events, as long as you meet all the other criteria.

The reality of this mod is that right now, you can skip waiting periods on Sayako's quest line for the events that happen in your own living room. (It does not change the criteria for those events, so e.g., you can still only have a picnic on Saturday)

Adding more events is relatively easy, but they are a little fiddly to build, and I'd rather that was made easier first, so I've flagged the main niggles at https://henthighschool.net/hhs-development/vee-introspection-in-vee/

The mod is stateless (well, it creates a new FAPP item) so it should be safe to add and remove from any arbitrary game. I haven't _tested_ this though.

I'm sorry, the acronym is unfamiliar.  "A free What?"

"FAPP" is the in-game name for the smartphone apps. I've now expanded the term in the top-post.
