UPDATE - 28/10/22

Have updated the Mod's again with testing on Main Game 1.10.3.4 as well as including a new Mod which adds some Home Activities to the Player Home (See below for more info).  Each Mod also now has its own Mod Config Event which will allow you to change aspects of the Mod (Located with the others in the Map Screen).  One highlight is an option for the SibProgression Mod which will let you remove the Limit Gates so there is no repetition required.  As before, I will leave the 1.9.5 Mod Versions in the Download Folder in case they are still wanted.

Painful Vanilla-ness remains, and even more so with the new Mod but I just wanted more to do at Home in my last playthrough.  Two other issues I have encountered that is worth mentioning:  1. I fucked up my understanding of what the Principal Tag meant.  I thought it was a Tag Constant for the Player given you play a Principal but I was wrong (that fuckup has likely been there since the first Mod Version).  I updated all the text to use the Player Tag correctly.  2.  While I have been trying to take advantage of non-persistent Variables I am having trouble with some that still don't reset with a new reload, especially lists.  I have tried to workaround it but if there is a fuckup then it is likely to be due to this.  I haven't done long testing but enough to make sure each Mod at least appears to work as intended.

Quick summary of each Mod:

Overhear Conversation - Adds a short Event that triggers in the School Hallway with the intention of indicating NPC's that have a High Attraction to the Player.  Also gives a small increase to NPC Arousal.

Sib Progression - Creates an Event Chain that triggers at the Player Home to show the developing sexual relationship between Annette/Andy and the Player Character.  Progression goes up in stages with a Repetition and Willingness requirement with the intention that events are inline with the NPC-Player Relationship that is actionable in game.  There is much more details in the document so it is best to read that, but the main thing is that the Event is Representative and not intended to make major changes to the game and its data.  Futanari Player Character content has also been added.

Home Activities - Adds the following Home Activities to the Player Home through a Button:  Watch TV, Cook & Eat Food, Clean Home, and Talk to NPC's.  Each one will provide Stat Changes in different ways but their main intent is to be a time sink and to have more stuff to do in the Home.  No sexual content barring one Talk Event where everybody gets naked, but if I feel like it in the future then I could script some events.

If I find any errors from now on then I will just update the files in the Download Folder.  The new Mod was a pain in the arse that kept on getting larger in scope and by the end I just wanted shot of it.  One final note, got it so the Mod's don't use UID's any more (did the same thing that didn't work before that now does...)

Was trying to figure out why the Sib Progression mod never triggered when I noticed in the debugger that it was pulling Anita Yochild instead of Annette. Doublechecked Annette's UID and it was showing as 8.

Unsure if this is from a mod conflict or not.

UIDs aren't hardcoded, so you'd need to get them from their object to store for later.  The ones in char.xmls are only there because nobody removed them.

For this you can just use Get Person by Name, there's 0 performance gain in using UID over Name for that - UIDs have other uses (database lookup etc).

Here is a fixed version of the sibProgression event.

Installation: unpack in sibProgression MOD folder and overwrite existing file.

@MontyGibbons feel free to use and update your mod.

Any plans to add compatibility for male player with Andy?

The same problem also happens in Overhear Conversation. It is supposed to exclude your siblings, but it excludes someone else.

Overhear Conversation has an output going to two different inputs on multiple places. That makes everything after these places run twice.

I've done some work on the overhear conversations mod:

  • Fixed all the places where an "out" was going to multiple places.
  • Removed hard coded sibling ids.
  • Made it work for multiple siblings.
  • Upped minimum attraction to 60.
  • Turned minimum attraction into a variable referenced from all places it is used to make it easier to change.

Unfortunately, my solution to the siblings isn't working. I used "Get Siblingss of Person" on "Player", but it returns an empty list when I test it. I think the logic is otherwise solid, so I'm sharing the changes I made here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1h795q272foyovk/OverhearConversation.ve.xml?dl=0

I lowered the attraction to 50 because 60 turned out to be too high.  ;D  And this should fix the interaction with your siblings and even your children -- though they are being referred to as "sibling" in some places. I suppose one could improve it by figuring out if the family selected as A is your children or not and the gender and then set a variable to be used instead of sibling. I did replace "sibling" with the person's name in most places.

Guys, how do I install this mod? I read the instructions in the section, but is there anything else I need to do? And how do I know if it works or not?
I did as instructed, and I do not even know if it works or not) And whether any additional steps to do, according to comments in this thread, is unclear

So you unzipped it into the NormalSchool\Mods folder and ticked it in the launcher's Modules section? That should be all you actually need to do but you might also benefit from using the Debug console to add the changed events and refreshing.
Aside from that, all I can think of is that the game hasn't decided to fire the events yet.
