The girl will pop up in any location appropriate for the chapter, but she will not move until she is confronted by the player. A couple of things could be preventing you from finding her:
- Other story events happening when you visit the city (regular city events have a lesser priority so they shouldn't interfere)
- The chapter location being locked up by the story, such as

With the vanilla game you cant. But with the Trait King mod you can turn the free girls into permanent slave for some money. (That event happens randomly)

I've only been playing for a few days, and always set the minimum upkeep value because on the max difficulty at the beginning there is not enough money. The mood of the girls is abyssmal, and i don't understand what are the penalties for bad mood

If the girl mood is low, then there will be higher chance that she refuse to work or escape from your brothel.

So I've noticed that some girl packs have images labeled as "pregnant." Is there a pregnancy mechanic in the game or is this just a simple image label?

There is no pregnancy in-game for the foreseeable future. Girlpack makers have included it in the hopes that someone makes a mod or that other games featuring pregnancies are made compatible with the girlpack system, but AFAIK none exists today.

Your earnings depend on a combination of lots of different factors. One of those is the tip_act_modifier:

Fetish tips do get the biggest modifier here, but there are a lot of other things to keep in mind, eg:

- Compared to other acts, fetish acts aren't as popular among customers. It's not everyone's cup of tea.
- The modifier of Bisexual and group acts is per customer, so the returns may become higher in total

Maybe a stupid question, but If you have a girl in a savegame and update or add a BK.ini, imagine i have the clone, then i sell it, the next time i encounter the girl, will she have the BK.ini settings updated?

Didnt tryed it so far. But you can try it by selling the girl and refreshing the slave market with the king's way mod until you get her again.

Chris12 changed the way girl init works but my understanding is the update is done every time you start the game, so a restart is probably needed but otherwise it should work. However, any previously generated girl will not change her starting attributes such as traits or sexual preferences dynamically, as it is done on girl creation. New clones, however, will have the new parameters.

I know fear in particular doesn't affect gameplay as much as other elements, but how would I go about modifying the game files so that it's a bit easier to manipulate? I find it rather difficult to get it lower even with a personality that makes it easier.
